3d animated video

press pause and watch as we go is a 3d animated environment built out of my memory of jogging in a park in copenhagen. whilst building up the video i am pausing, zooming and rewinding to unlock new perspectives. once found I transfer those moments (still images) onto a physical canvas using airbrush and acrylics.
the work is an ongoing research on what happens in the process where the digital gets a physical format and is translated into a classic artistic format - the painting.
*the project was part of my artistic residency at "catch center for art, technology and design" in elsinore denmark, 2022.
